more of a Farm" than a Ranch, but "1 Horse Farm"

| At an elevation of 500 to 1000 feet Happy Valley gets very little heavy
snow. It does, however, freeze a few times in the winter and gets plenty,
hot (100+) in the summer. We love the four season changes. Keeps life
interesting. |
